HAPPI Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

To participate in any HAPPI Campaign, participants must:

1. be Malaysian citizens;
2. be aged between 18 and 70 years old at the time of registration;
3. register as a new HAPPI member;
4. provide complete, accurate and valid personal information;
5. select an eligible occupation from the occupation list provided during registration; and
6. complete the required registration, verification and account activation process.

Certain occupations or industries may not be eligible. If a participant’s occupation is not available in the occupation list, the registration may not be accepted.

Final eligibility is subject to verification and approval by HAPPI and, where applicable, the relevant service provider or insurer.

2. Campaign Offer

Details of Campaign offers, including membership plans, rewards, HAPPIcoins, privileges, benefits and other entitlements, will be stated on the relevant Campaign page, advertisement or official HAPPI communication.

Unless otherwise stated, Campaign offers:

1. are available only to eligible participants;
2. cannot be exchanged for cash;
3. cannot be transferred, resold or assigned to another person;
4. cannot be combined with any other Campaign or promotion; and
5. are subject to availability and applicable Campaign requirements.

Any insurance-related coverage or benefits, where applicable, are subject to separate eligibility requirements, verification and processing, as well as the applicable policy terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions.

3. Registration

Participants must complete all registration, verification and activation steps specified for the relevant Campaign.

Submitting a registration form does not guarantee successful participation or entitlement to any Campaign offer.

Each participant may only register or participate within the limits stated for the relevant Campaign.

Duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate or unauthorised registrations may be rejected or cancelled.

4. Accuracy of Information

Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is true, complete, accurate and up to date.

HAPPI reserves the right to reject, suspend or cancel a participant’s participation if:

1. false, incomplete or misleading information is provided;
2. another person’s identity or personal information is used;
3. duplicate or fraudulent registrations are detected;
4. the participant does not meet the eligibility requirements;
5. the participant fails to complete the required registration, verification or activation process; or
6. the Campaign, registration system or HAPPI platform is misused or manipulated.

5. Campaign Availability

All Campaign offers are subject to availability and may be offered on a first-come, first-served basis or according to the allocation method stated for the relevant Campaign.

Campaign allocations, rewards, benefits and mechanics may vary between Campaigns or between different stages of the same Campaign.

Submission of a registration or application does not guarantee availability or successful allocation of any Campaign offer.

6. Changes to Campaigns

HAPPI reserves the right to amend, adjust, suspend, withdraw, replace or terminate any Campaign or any part of a Campaign where reasonably necessary.

This may include changes to:

1. Campaign allocations;
2. Campaign offers, rewards or benefits;
3. HAPPIcoin allocations;
4. registration, verification or activation processes;
5. Campaign mechanics; or
6. other Campaign-related arrangements.

Any material updates may be communicated through the relevant Campaign page, HAPPI website, HAPPI App or other official HAPPI communication channels.

7. Personal Information and HAPPI Policies

Personal information provided in connection with a Campaign will be collected, used, stored and processed in accordance with HAPPI’s Privacy Policy.

Participation in any HAPPI Campaign and use of HAPPI’s platforms are also subject to the following applicable HAPPI policies:

• Refund Policy
• Privacy Policy

Specific Campaign information published on the relevant Campaign page will apply together with these Terms and Conditions.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, submitting an application, clicking “Submit,” “Register,” “Join Now” or participating in a HAPPI Campaign, the participant confirms that:

1. the information provided is true, complete and accurate;
2. the participant meets the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions; and
3. the participant has read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and the applicable HAPPI policies.

HAPPI reserves the right to make the final decision on matters relating to Campaign eligibility, participation and entitlement, subject to the applicable terms and requirements.
